１ナンバー、４ナンバー乗りの方はご存じだとは思いますが、
大阪府では１０月２５日に公布された条例により、
NOx・PM法の排ガス基準を満たさないハイエースちゃん達は
平成２１年１月１日（特種自動車は、平成２１年１０月１日）から大阪府域３７市町内での発着ができなくなりました。
道路の通過はＯＫらしく、名神高速を走行中の吹田パーキングで休憩なんてのはセーフらしいです。
またNOx・PM法の排ガス基準を満たしたハイエースちゃん（車種規制適合車等）には、
府が交付するステッカーの表示が必要となりました（ガソリン車も対象です）
こんな感じの無粋なステッカーです。
しかも大きさなんと１４センチやて！
こんなん貼ったら・・・・・・・照れるやん
でも大阪で発着する方には必要なのでしょうがないですね。

うちのハイエース達も申込みしてますがまだ届きません。
今のところすぐに取り締まられることはないんでしょうけど・・・
一体誰が取り締まるんでしょうね？
